Founded in 2008, Beckford Property Services are a husband and wife team made up of Andrew and Kerensa. Both fully qualified Energy Assessors who can also create floor plans, we can offer the flexibility of a team, great turnaround times and very competitive pricing. We also offer full photographic property inventory reports and legionella risk assessments.

With simple pricing structures and no VAT to pay, we have many happy clients who have used our services for a number of years. Some are still with us from 2008! 

Our services are available to homeowners, private landlords, letting agents, estate agents, housing associations and solicitors. All completed work is sent the same day as the appointment.

We understand when working for agents, housing associations etc that we are representing your business, so we work hard to get the basics right - turning up on time, being polite and well presented. Keys for empty properties are always returned promptly and safely.
