EPCs (Energy Performance Certificates)
Energy Performance Certificates are a legal requirement when selling or renting a property. In addition to this, with the Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards (MEES), all rental properties must achieve a minimum E rating.

Inventory Reports
Inventory Reports are key when renting your property out and help prevent disputes at the end of a tenancy. Produced on a 4G ipad, the inventory reports are always typed up whilst at the property and emailed to the agent straight away, providing great turnaround times.
We can provide a highly detailed photographic inventory report on a rental property for £55 on any property up to 3 bedrooms, regardless of whether it is furnished or unfurnished. At just £5 for each additional bedroom and no VAT to pay, we find our simple and competitive pricing works well for both agents and private landlords.
The reports can be personalised with a company logo and the software also allows for online signatures.
Check Out reports can also be produced, detailing any potential cleaning, damage or maintenance issues that need to be resolved before a new tenancy can commence.

Floor Plans are a great way to advertise a property online and give potential buyers\tenants a good indication of if a property will work for them before viewing it in person. In covid times, this has become even more important.

Legionella Risk Assessments are vital to help keep water supplies safe. A full check of any header tanks, hot water tanks, dead legs, shower heads, taps and water temperatures can help to determine any risks a property may have. Priced at £55.
